I worked for a nursing home company in the Kingston area and this experience forced me to file this complaint about the abusive activity of the deputy manager/acting manager in this home. What I learned from this case was that there was absolutely no intention from the social services side to find out the truth. Everything was arranged for a whitewash. The documents will explain the details but if you contact me I will be more than happy to explain every detail.
You can read the ‘findings’ here http://220.127.116.11/larsgpetersson.com/care-homes/kingston-upon-thames/investigation/ and my comments to them here My comments to the ‘Investigation’
From this case and the one described from Surrey http://18.104.22.168/larsgpetersson.com/care-homes/abusive-manager-in-surrey/ (as well as from the Edinburgh case also described in my book ABUSE UK) we get a very good picture of how the government ‘watch dogs’ in this area work. Sorry, I am not impressed….. They seem not just not up to their jobs, they appear to do everything to protect the abusers and to vilify the whistleblowers. And, what is even worse: there is nobody to inspect what they are doing: they often refer to the ombudsman institutions, but this advice is based on (what I hope is) lack of knowledge. Read and find out: http://22.214.171.124/larsgpetersson.com/care-homes/kingston-upon-thames/ombudsman/ and being a MP doesn’t really help either http://126.96.36.199/larsgpetersson.com/care-homes/kingston-upon-thames/mps-complaints/
